The FIR program is an exclusive, invite-only partnership between Portland Permitting & Development and select local general contractors. Instead of sending your design architectural plans through the standard, slow-moving public review lines, the City of Portland assigns one dedicated Senior Building Inspector to work with Mac-Bo for the entire life of your project.
